A clear question comes first

Tell us what happened, who is involved, which documents are available and what you need the investigation to establish. We then assess the appropriate expertise and scope.

Independent assessment

The expert determines the methods, observations and conclusions independently. Where the assignment calls for it, relevant parties can provide their information and respond in a defined procedure.

A report with stated limits

The report distinguishes observations, technical assessment and conclusions, and explains what could not be established. Specialist or destructive work is agreed separately when needed.
